Q. Do I need to sign a contract to use Sparkles?
A. No. Simply arrange your requirement with us.
Q. How long has Sparkles been trading?
A. We started in September 1989.
Q. Are you properly insured?
A. Yes we are. £2,000,000 Public and £10,000,000 Employer’s Liability.
Q. Does Sparkles supply the cleaning materials?
A. Yes we do. We bring our own consumables and equipment.
Q. Can I lodge my house keys with Sparkles if I need to?
A. Yes you can. We have a secure area for key storage.
Q. Who chooses which day of the week for my cleaning visit?
A. You do!
Q. How do I make my payment?
A. Either by cheque or cash on the day. Or by monthly account.
Q. What are your office opening times?
A. Our office is open from 9.00am until 9.00pm Monday to Friday. If we are not in the office to receive your call personally, you are invited to leave a message on our voice-mail, or if your call is urgent then a mobile number will be given.
